Toast lets you send the digital card by email or text, send it to yourself first, and select immediate or later delivery.

Can I use a Wilson’s gift card for online ordering or in the mobile app?

Yes. Order through Wilson’s website or mobile app, then choose the gift-card payment option at Toast checkout and enter the 16-digit card number. If the card does not cover the full order, another payment method can cover the balance.

Can I use the gift card through DoorDash or Grubhub?

No. Toast gift cards cannot be used to pay for orders submitted through third-party delivery marketplaces. Order directly through Wilson’s Toast ordering page instead.

How do I check my balance?

Open Wilson’s Toast balance page, enter the 16-digit card number, complete the security check, and submit the request.

What if I need help with a Wilson’s gift card?

Call Wilson’s Bar & Grill at (614) 219-9002. Only the restaurant that issued the card can research or help correct an issue with that card.
